Position: Global Head of Marketing

Dollarsmart Global (DSGPay), Headquartered in Chiang Mai Thailand with offices across Asia.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing payments fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing physical and digital marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across multiple regions and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies to achieve company growth objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and trends to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals across multiple regions and markets.
  • Manage the DSGPay brand and ensure a high level of recognition amongst our customers and the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position managing a digital marketing team with a proven track record of driving growth and customer acquisition in a global or regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Strong proven experience in managing cross cultural and remote teams.
  • Previous Fintech payments experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
    • Manage retail and marketing teams and develop their skills and capabilities into a top class marketing team.
    • Identify, hire and maintain key talent and bring that talent into DSGPay.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
